Applications
Primarily used for lap welding of automotive wiring harness connections, wire end forming, wire-to-wire welding, and parallel or butt welding of multiple wires to form wire joints. The ultrasonic wire harness welding machine is suitable for welding copper and aluminum wire harnesses, metal braided wires, metal stranded wires, wire harness terminals, enameled wires, motor lead wires, and other copper and aluminum wires. It is widely used in the automotive, electronics, electrical appliances, motor, telecommunications equipment, machinery, and instrumentation industries.
Equipment Characteristics
The equipment has a power rating of 3000W or 4000W and can weld wire harnesses with cross-sectional areas ranging from 0.5 mm² to 16 mm² in a single pass. Featuring an integrated design, the unit is compact, lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to move. It employs PLL phase-locked loop automatic frequency tracking technology to ensure high-quality welds between wire harnesses, as well as between wire harnesses and terminal tabs. It enables cost-effective wire harness connections; post-welding, it delivers excellent conductivity with low or near-zero resistance; with short welding times and no need for flux, gas, or solder, it represents an environmentally friendly and advanced electrical connection process;
